Understand what the venue already provides
Ask which permanent restrooms belong to the booking and when guests, suppliers and staff may use them. A property may have facilities that are not accessible to every part of the celebration.
Describe the ceremony, reception and any separate preparation periods. Explain whether the same people remain throughout or groups arrive at different stages, so the equipment discussion reflects the real pattern.
Choose presentation without overlooking access
Compare an upgraded cabin and a trailer using their confirmed features. Consider the path from the gathering, lighting arranged by the organiser, surrounding space and the needs of guests who require different access provisions.
Review the intended location with the venue before choosing equipment. An unobtrusive position still needs to be convenient for guests and reachable for delivery and servicing.
Coordinate the suppliers’ timetable
Share receiving and collection windows alongside the event schedule. Equipment handling may need to happen before decorations, catering or guest parking occupy the same approach.
Confirm the contact responsible during the celebration, the supplies included and the process for reporting a concern. A restroom proposal does not itself authorise an event or override the venue’s conditions.
