Discuss the actual users and model
Describe the access needs relevant to your group and ask which unit features are offered. The entry, interior arrangement and other provisions should be confirmed against the specific model, not inferred from a stock photograph or product label.
Raise access questions while the layout is still flexible. A wider unit may require more room than a standard cabin, and the location needs to work for people approaching from the activity area.
Review the entire route
Consider surfaces, changes of level, gates and the space outside the door with the responsible organiser or qualified adviser. Ask how the route remains clear when crowds, parked vehicles or work materials arrive.
Include washing in that review. A usable toilet does not make a separately positioned basin or a distant wash point appropriate for the same users.
Keep approval and maintenance responsibilities clear
A provider’s equipment description is not a certificate that the complete event or property complies with every applicable requirement. Obtain project-specific guidance from the relevant authority or professional where needed.
Tell the rental contact about access concerns during the stay and discuss how servicing preserves the intended route. Confirm the position and collection approach before equipment is delivered, rather than improvising after it arrives.
