Yes. Describe the activity, likely attendance or crew pattern, dates and existing facilities. Tell us what is estimated so the conversation can distinguish a starting brief from a confirmed requirement.
Ask for the recommended equipment mix to be explained. Washing, access features and the way people use the site can matter alongside a basic number of toilets.
Does the photograph show the unit I will receive?
The images illustrate equipment categories and planning situations. Confirm the actual model, features and condition expectations in the rental discussion rather than relying on the pictured arrangement.
If a feature is important, such as a wider entry or a particular trailer amenity, ask about it directly. Do not assume every unit in a category has identical provisions.
Are my enquiry and venue booking enough to reserve equipment?
An enquiry asks for information; it does not itself reserve units or confirm a delivery date. A venue booking also does not grant every supplier permission to place equipment anywhere on the property.
Confirm the accepted equipment scope and the operator’s placement arrangements separately. Keep unresolved details visible until the appropriate contacts have answered them.
Can dates or service needs be changed later?
Contact the rental team when the plan changes, rather than moving equipment or assuming an extension. Ask how the new dates, demand or access conditions affect the arrangement.
Call acceptance around the clock is not a guarantee of immediate equipment availability. The team must confirm what can be arranged for the specific destination and timing.
