Identify the users and restricted areas
Explain whether the units serve contractors, regular staff, an isolated work area or a temporary interruption to indoor facilities. Different groups may have different permissions even at the same address.
Describe shifts and any overlap that increases demand. Discuss washing or other specialist needs explicitly; a basic portable toilet is not a substitute for every workplace hygiene provision.
Coordinate receiving with the site contact
Give the provider the relevant gate, receiving window and responsible person. Tell the rental team about site access procedures in advance without sending unnecessary sensitive credentials through a public form.
Review the equipment position against operations and later service access. A location must remain practical when loading activity or work boundaries change.
Keep the temporary arrangement accountable
Agree who monitors use, reports concerns and authorises changes. The property and rental provider should understand which care and support tasks each is responsible for.
For regulated work, ask the appropriate site professional about applicable requirements. Our planning information does not certify a facility’s compliance or promise suitability for hazardous or specialist operations.
