Describe the use across the day
Explain the busiest shift overlap and whether several groups share the facilities. The person arranging the rental may not see the period of greatest use, so bring those details from the people on site.
Identify permanent restroom access and any temporary restrictions. Discuss washing and relevant access needs with the initial equipment proposal.
Make the service contact unambiguous
Agree who reports supply concerns, equipment conditions and changes to gates or receiving instructions. Give replacement contacts a clear handover when roles change.
Keep the service route available during the agreed visit periods. A unit can remain in the same position while surrounding storage or operations make it harder to reach.
Review the end of the arrangement
Ask about extensions before the agreed period ends and communicate revised demand. Do not assume a change in project personnel automatically updates the rental team.
When the setup is no longer needed, request collection and retain access until removal. The Miramar address and ongoing visits require individual acceptance; no blanket service promise is made by the city listing.
