Write two timelines
Give the guest schedule and a separate account of setup, supplier receiving and cleanup. People working outside the main event hours may not have access to the same indoor facilities as guests.
Ask the venue which restrooms are included in the booking and which spaces your group may occupy. A general destination name should not stand in for those practical answers.
Make the facilities part of the layout
Review cabin or trailer positions alongside queues, washing and routes between activities. Explain relevant access needs while the organiser can still change the layout.
Keep the equipment approach clear of competing vendor arrivals. Discuss what the actual model needs rather than assuming a trailer and individual cabins can be received in the same way.
Finish with an organised collection
Nominate a contact who remains responsible after the celebration ends. Confirm the pickup window and access conditions rather than expecting the closing time to trigger automatic removal.
Send the Hollywood address and dates for an individual rental discussion. The guide does not claim venue affiliation or permission to position equipment at a particular public or private location.
