Separate the activity from the equipment stay
Give the event or work dates, then explain when the property can receive and release equipment. Those windows may extend beyond the hours when people actually need the facilities.
Identify preparation staff or clearing crews who need toilets outside the main activity. This avoids treating the public opening time as the whole period of restroom use.
Settle the essentials early
Describe attendance, available permanent facilities, washing and any access requirements. A short rental is not automatically a low-demand rental, especially where everyone takes breaks together.
Confirm permission for the position and the approach needed by the provider. If parking or other suppliers share the space, include those arrangements in the enquiry rather than leaving them until delivery.
Make the end of the hire explicit
Ask what collection arrangements and rental-period terms apply to the proposal. Do not assume equipment disappears immediately when the event closes or that an extra day can be added without discussion.
Report changes promptly through the agreed contact method. Keep the unit reachable and explain any revised gate access so the closing stage of the rental is as organised as the arrival.
