Identify the shared constraints
Describe the authorised equipment footprint and which other activities depend on the receiving entrance. The best time for guest setup may not be the best time to handle a cabin or trailer.
Give the provider the exact destination and responsible receiving contact. Distinguish the venue’s public arrival instructions from those used by equipment suppliers.
Check what each facility requires
Ask about the proposed model’s positioning and support needs, especially for a trailer. Confirm whether the property permits use of the required utilities and who arranges them.
Review toilet access, wash points and circulation alongside other installations. A practical equipment position should not depend on another supplier moving its setup unexpectedly.
Carry coordination through collection
Discuss removal timing before the event or project finishes. Another supplier leaving first may change access, while stored items can block a route that was clear during installation.
Fort Lauderdale requests require individual equipment, date and route review. This guide does not claim a venue partnership, local branch or permission to occupy a particular site.
