Ask what is different about the offered cabin
Describe the experience you want for guests or staff. Ask the rental contact to identify the actual features of the available upgraded unit and how it differs from a basic cabin.
Features such as flushing, interior washing or particular fittings must be confirmed for the model. Illustrations help explain equipment categories but do not reserve the pictured unit.
Balance presentation with practical use
Review who will use the facilities, how long they remain in place and when demand is greatest. An upgraded finish does not remove the need to discuss quantities, cleaning, consumables and access.
Check the position with the property contact before finalising the selection. The approach, surrounding space and service route still need to work even when the equipment is intended for a more formal occasion.
Compare a cabin and trailer honestly
A deluxe cabin and a restroom trailer are different rental choices. The trailer can bring additional site-support and positioning questions that should not be hidden inside a general upgrade request.
Ask for the scope of each suitable proposal, including transport, care and collection. Keep the agreed features in the rental discussion so expectations do not depend on a broad marketing description.
